Sheena Rapkin MA LMFT

Hi, my name is Sheena! Whether you are at the beginning of finding healing or somewhere in the middle, my hope is to come alongside you to bring hope, compassion, and peace in life’s chaos. I am passionate about deep healing work, and finding restoration within self and if possible with others in your life. I integrate faith and spiritual work in my practice, and can tailor it to each client’s individual preferences. I aim to help my clients find meaning in their struggles and discover avenues of freedom within themselves. I believe authenticity in the therapeutic relationship is key to meeting your goals. I count it as a privilege to journey with others and hope each client leaves my office feeling seen and known. And over time I hope you feel more at peace, grounded in meaning, and able to experience more joy and freedom in your life.
